About Rustica Bistrot

Enjoy An Exceptional
Journey of Taste

Welcome to Rustica Bistrot, your home for authentic Italian dining in the heart of Bicester. Situated in the lively Pioneer Square, our family-run restaurant is just an 8-minute stroll from the world-famous Bicester Village, the UK’s most popular outlet shopping destination. With local amenities like Vue Cinema and Sainsbury’s right next door, Rustica Bistrot is perfectly positioned to be your go-to spot for exceptional Italian food, whether you’re starting your day, enjoying a leisurely meal, or unwinding in the evening.

At Rustica Bistrot, we’re passionate about bringing the true flavours of Italy to your table. Our dedication to authenticity has earned us recognition from Eccellenze Italiane, a prestigious platform celebrating establishments that use only genuine Italian ingredients. This commitment shines through in every dish we serve.

Our menu is a tribute to Italy’s rich culinary heritage, featuring timeless classics and regional specialities. We offer freshly prepared pasta crafted with care to deliver the perfect balance of flavour and texture. Our signature Pinsa Romana, a Roman-style pizza, is made with a unique blend of wheat, soy, and rice flour. This special combination not only enhances the flavour but also makes it lighter and easier to digest than traditional pizza, ensuring a satisfying yet guilt-free indulgence.

Start your day with the finest Kimbo bean coffee, brewed to perfection and paired with our freshly baked, flaky croissants. Whether you prefer a simple espresso, a creamy cappuccino, or a velvety latte, our coffee is the perfect companion to your morning routine.

As the day progresses, Rustica Bistrot transforms into a vibrant hub where you can enjoy a variety of wines, beers, and handcrafted cocktails. From a glass of bold Chianti to a refreshing Aperol Spritz, our drink selection is designed to complement every dish and elevate your dining experience.

The ambiance at Rustica Bistrot is warm, welcoming, and steeped in the charm of Italy. We’ve created a space where you can relax with loved ones, celebrate special moments, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of the day. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every visit feels like coming home to an Italian family meal.

Our location also makes us an ideal choice for shoppers and movie-goers alike. After a day of exploring the incredible deals at Bicester Village or catching the latest blockbuster at Vue Cinema, join us to recharge with authentic Italian flavours and unmatched hospitality.

At Rustica Bistrot, we believe dining is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. It’s about sharing stories, laughter, and love over plates of food that evoke the spirit of Italy. Our family’s passion for great food and genuine hospitality drives everything we do, from the quality of our ingredients to the care we put into every detail.

We invite you to join us at Rustica Bistrot and discover the true taste of Italy right here in Bicester. Whether you’re a regular or visiting for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you with open arms and a table full of flavours to remember.
